HISTORICAL NOTE
The company was founded in 1945 under the name Artel Kharchokombinat. The artel included a confectionery
a soft drinks shop and three mills: Ternopil, Igrovetsky and Dovzhansky
In 1953, according to the Decree of the Council of Ministers of the USSR on the consolidation and specialisation of enterprises, the
food processing plant was joined by the Kharchoprom and Promfruktovod artels, and new workshops were added: vinegar and wine.
In 1963, a soft drinks factory was merged with the food processing plant for the purpose of consolidation. Quantity
of employees reached 150 people. The company began to produce more products and expanded its range. It was

all personnel comply with the HACCP plan and prerequisite programmes to ensure production of the enterprise;
